We take pride in our products and we want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchases. If we caused a problem with your order, we will resolve the issue. If there was a mistake or error on your end of a shipping such as an incomplete or incorrect address, we will be unable to issue a refund. If you receive a damaged product, you may contact us and return the product within five (5) days of your receipt of the product. All we ask is that the product is in the original box and/or packaging, and with the purchase receipt. Once the product is received, we will exchange or replace the product, or issue a refund for the price paid for the item (minus any applicable shipping or handling fees). We will do all that we can to make you a happy customer, but in some instances we will be unable to issue a refund.
