We take pride in our products and we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If we caused a problem with your order, we will do all we can to resolve the issue. If you discover there was a mistake on your end of a shipping or delivery order, such as an incomplete or incorrect address, we will be unable to issue a refund. If you receive a damaged product, you may return the product within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product. All we ask is that the product is in the original box and/or packaging, and with the purchase receipt.
Once the product is received, we will exchange or replace the product, or issue a refund for the price paid for the item (minus any applicable shipping or handling fees). We will do all that we can to make you a happy customer, but in some instances we will be unable to issue a refund.
